CHINESE RAINDROP SOUP

6 thinly sliced water chestnuts
2 thinly sliced scallions
1 tbsp. sherry
Salt & pepper
3 3/4 c. chicken stock
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken

Put all ingredients in pan to boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Add sherry and season to taste.
